As a dedicated prototype & engineering company, we are well versed in testing for both functionality and standard code compliance. During our project testing phase, we work closely with our clients to ensure the finished product meets their goals.
We have established relationships with multiple accredited testing laboratories that will verify our product meets the required 3rd party testing spec. From destructive weld testing to ADA standards we can confidently deliver a product that meets the customer specifications.
At Hester Fabrication, quality comes first. Our products are backed up and supported by documentation such as fabrication drawings, materials used, assembly instructions, test reports, certified weld inspection, user’s manuals, etc.
Utilizing the latest software from Solidworks Composer we are able to develop clear & precise instructions, drawings, videos, and tutorials. Whether assembly, operations, or maintenance- our documentation prioritizes efficient use of client time resources.
